D.V.D.I. Fashion Future s.r.l. - personal data processing controller - via S.Marco 58 37129 Verona, Italy, e-mail: info@jadshop.com , in the context of the services and activities provided and performed in this site, shall be entitled to process the personal data provided by users in the various sections dedicated to data collection. JadShop wishes to point out that, while to some extent data processing will be centred on providing requested services, in other cases such processing will be optional. Data processing by D.V.D.I. Fashion Future s.r.l. in the context of this site, will be done using both paper and electronic media, in accordance with applicable security regulations, for the purposes specified from time to time in specific cases.
D.V.D.I. Fashion Future s.r.l. shall only use the provided data for purposes different to those related to the service required by the user within the limits indicated from time to time on specific releases and after receiving approval from the user. Under no circumstances will the data be communicated or divulged to third parties. Processing will be performed directly by D.V.D.I. Fashion Future s.r.l. or by the processors appointed by D.V.D.I. Fashion Future s.r.l.
Users are granted the rights stated by article 13 of act n. 675/1996, for which the essential parts are listed below. With respect to the processing of personal data, the party involved shall be entitled to promptly obtain, either from the controller or from the processor:
(1) a confirmation as to whether or not personal data relating to him exists, regardless of their being already recorded, and the intelligible communication of such data and their source, as well as of the logic and purposes underlying the processing. Such request shall be renewable at intervals of no less than ninety days, unless there are well-grounded reasons;
(2) the erasure, blocking or transformation into an anonymous form of data which have been processed unlawfully, including those the keeping of which is not necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;
(3) the updating, rectification or, where applicable, completion of the data;
(4) a statement confirms that the operations as per 2) and 3) above have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the subjects to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except when the provision of such information proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected. Data subject shall have the right to object:
(a) in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data relating to him, even though relevant to the purpose of the collection;
(b) in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data relating to him which is carried out for purposes of commercial information or advertising or direct marketing, or else for the performance of market or interactive commercial communication surveys, and be informed by the controller, no later than at the time when the data are communicated or disseminated, of the possibility to exercise such right free of charge.
